What is our shipping rates?
The shipping rate of the door to door delivery that we offer of any original artwork or fine art print will cost R100 in South Africa to any major city or town.
How long does shipping usually take?
The courier partners that we use state that delivery will take place between 3-5 working days after collection has taken place. Please take weekends and public holidays into account when calculating the delivery date.
As soon as our courier partner receives the order, we no longer have control of the parcel, however please feel free to update us on any concerns or disappointments regarding the service you received from our chosen courier company. We would like to offer a premium delivery experience to accompany our high-quality artworks and fine art prints.
If you experience a delayed delivery, what should you do?
First of all, if you are experiencing a problem with your delivery, we would like to apologise and assure you that you have found the right page to resolve this issue.
Please verify that the physical address that you have supplied during the checking out process is correct. You will be able to verify this on your order confirmation [shipping address, not billing address] that we have sent to you via email.
Kindly send us an email to info@jlfineart.co.za or fill out the contact form on the contact page of this website to state what delay you are experiencing. We will try to resolve the situation as quick and calm as possible.
You are also welcome to contact the courier company, offer your waybill number and this will be a more direct option to resolve the situation.
What should you do if you receive a damaged package from the courier?
We would never advise you to accept a damaged package from a courier, however if this happened, please send us an email with photographs of the damage. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and/or the damaged artworks and supply us with the timeline of when you received the package and when the photographs were taken.
